The Cuyahoga Valley Chamber of Commerce announced its Impact Award winners at its annual dinner held on January 27. Kurtz Bros., Inc. won the Green Award.

The Emerald For leadership (2011)

The Emerald For leadership has been presented to Kurtz Bros., Inc. of Central Ohio. The long time organics recycler has recently started an Ohio EPA lauded organic-to-green energy digester operation on the south side of Columbus that will produce enough electricity to power one thousand Columbus area homes.
