We are looking for a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in soils, or agronomy. This person will do environmental compliance programs and reports for yard waste composting, foundry sand beneficial use, health & safety, and beneficial use. Individual must be willing to work in a variety of conditions (compost sites, industrial sites, production sites - that is get dirty, this is not an office job). This person will be primary interface with sales and marketing to provide them with practical solutions to customer concerns and/or complaints. They will also interface with production to seek changes as needed to respond to customer concerns. This person must be willing and able to read and understand regulatory rules and regulations and must consistently operate within the rules (personal integrity).
